Mandatory (very basic) Gear Checklist

–FAST Cheat Sheet (download above)
-Your duty uniform or BDUs, 5.11’s, cargo pants or any tactical wear/gear you wish to wear with long sleeve top for force-on-force protection. Unless you are a civilian or your regular duty gear includes jeans and you have none of the previous items of clothing please no jeans. (mandatory)
-Baseball style cap (mandatory)
-Foam/soft gel ear plugs (mandatory, you can get them at CVS for about $1.00)
-Tactical vest or bullet resistant vest or the facility will provide chest protectors if you do not have a ballistic vest (mandatory)
-Range safety glasses or goggles in addition to the face protection you will be issued (mandatory, otherwise you will wear your issued face mask all day when handling weapons)
-Tactical boots, boots or footwear with ample ankle protection or sneakers (mandatory)
-NO KNIVES–Duty pistol and holster (mandatory to practice room-clearing reps with a pistol) or AirSoft pistol if you have one, or red or blue training pistol. ALL HANDGUNS WILL BE SAFED AND TRIPPLE-CHECKED BY THE RSO. NO AMMO OR MAGAZINES ARE ALLOWED IN THE AIRSOFT FACILITY AT ANY TIME. THEREFORE, CLEAR YOUR WEAPON BEFORE ENTERING THE FACILITY AND BE PREPARED FOR A TRIPPLE SAFETY CHECK ONCE INSIDE EVERY TIME YOU ENTER THE FACILITY
-Tactical gloves or Mechanics gloves (gloves that will allow you to conduct fine motor skills to manipulate a weapon while providing hand protection is recommended. Otherwise, the facility will provide cotton gloves which are mandatory)
